Whichever worship service you choose to attend, you will always find a warm welcome at
St Denys and people who will be very happy to help you find your way if it’s your first time.
During the year there are a number of special services and events.
Check the calendar to see what is coming up.
Sundays at 10am
The first Sunday of each month we have our ‘Worship for All’ service,
a relaxed informal time of worship often with drama, interactive talks
and contemporary music.
On other Sundays at 10am we have a more traditional communion service.
On the third Sunday there is an Eco Club for children and young people and they
sometimes join the service at the end.
There is also an opportunity to receive prayer ministry at the end of these services.
On the 4th Sunday we have an informal communion for all ages when the
children can play an active part in the service.
You can listen to some past sermons online.
Sundays at 6pm
At 6pm we have a traditional evening service (Evensong),
however, this is occasionally cancelled for ecumenical services.
See the calendar for details.
Thursdays at 9.30am
There is a regular mid-week, well attended but quiet and reflective Communion Service on Thursday at 9.30am.
Prayers of healing are included on the 4th Thursday.
Every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday at 8.30am short informal prayers are said in church.
Anyone is welcome to join us for these.
On Saturdays once a month we meet at 8am for a prayer breakfast together with
friends from Goodwood Evangelical Church.
For the next date, check the calendar.
