and there was light!

To celebrate the completion of the installation of our brand new exterior lighting system at St. Denys, a Songs of Praise and Thanksgiving Service will be held in the church tomorrow, Saturday 12th April at 3pm. This will be followed by tea and cake in the adjoining parish centre!

All the hymns and songs sung during the service have been chosen by members of the congregation and some will briefly say what their choice means to them, before it is sung.

We are most grateful to all those who have sponsored each of the lights that now line the pathways around the church, greatly enhancing the safety of all who access the church and parish centre and contributing massively to a rather heart warming atmosphere.

All are welcome to attend. We wish to make this a big celebration. See you there!
